Haunted Hollows Scream Park is an immersive outdoor Halloween attraction located in East Gwillimbury, Ontario, just north of Newmarket. Instead of walking through a traditional indoor haunted house, guests journey through a dark outdoor environment filled with forest pathways, detailed scenes, themed structures and live scare actors.
Our goal is simple: create a Halloween experience where you don't just watch the scares — you step inside them. From the moment you enter the Hollows, the surrounding woods, characters, sounds, lighting and handcrafted environments become part of the experience.
One Continuous Haunted Experience
The main Haunted Hollows Scream Park is one continuous immersive haunted trail featuring multiple themed environments and live encounters along the way.
The full experience takes approximately 35–40 minutes, giving guests time to explore a much larger environment than a typical walk-through haunted attraction.
Built for Halloween Fans
Haunted Hollows combines detailed sets, handcrafted props, atmospheric lighting, dark forest pathways, sound effects and live performers to create an immersive night of Halloween entertainment.
Our outdoor setting is a major part of the experience. The natural darkness, trees and changing fall weather give the Scream Park an atmosphere that cannot be recreated inside a traditional building.
Craftsmanship Meets Horror
Haunted Hollows is built around a series of themed environments, each designed to feel different from the last. Guests move from one nightmare to another as the trail twists through the property.
- Killer Christmas Nightmare: Christmas takes a dark turn inside this permanent section of Haunted Hollows, where twisted holiday characters and winter nightmares come to life.
- The Butcher Shop: Step into a disturbing world of meat hooks, dark corners and sinister characters. Stay alert as you move through the Butcher's domain.
- Carnevil Circus: The carnival from your nightmares awaits. Evil clowns and live performers turn Hellsgate Circus into a chaotic and unpredictable experience.
- Chainsaw Alley: If you hear the chainsaw, it may already be too late. Keep moving and don't assume the darkness is empty.
- The Dead Die-ner: Experience fine dining with a sinister twist. Will you be the diner — or the dinner?
- The Swamp: Enter a dark and overgrown environment where strange creatures and toxic-waste nightmares may be waiting just beyond the trail.

After checking in, guests can enjoy the Haunted Hollows property instead of standing in a traditional queue. When your pager alerts you, return to the Scream Park entrance for your experience.
